We welcome you to come and explore your practice with us with this open level class. We will promise to make it an inspiring and invigorating class for all levels. Please bring your mat with you to practice. We will bring a couple of extras which you can rent if you like for $2.

The class will be one hour long. Class will be $5 in advance and $7 at the door if there is a space. Pay with paypal or cash at the door.

We know how to sequence the class so that both a beginner and a person accustomed to vinyasa flow or power yoga will leave the class feeling that they got what they were looking for from the class. Your feedback is always welcome. Please email.
